May 6th  - Leaning Into Your Strengths
Taught by Andy Thompson, Lead Forward Co.

While conventional wisdom often tells us to work on becoming well-rounded, the endless pursuit of well-roundedness often leads to mediocrity rather than excellence. Learning to lean into your strengths is transformative for both personal/professional development and in creating a winning strategy for your business. In this workshop we’ll explore the ingredients of a strength, tools for effectively navigating weaknesses, and applications for meaningful development of your business and yourself through the strengths-based perspective.
